- You may exchange the products within 7 days of receiving them.
- The product to be exchanged must be in its original condition. The item must also have a label and packaging, and it can’t have a bad smell or smell like perfume. It also can’t have been cleaned.
- The consumer will be responsible for the cost of replacement if the defect was not caused by the store.
A replacement fee of 100 baht
Size exchange charge: 80 baht
Regarding authentic brands, refrain from altering products.
- The shop will ship the changed item only after receiving the item the buyer sent to be changed. The store will verify the order. If the product delivered is replaced, there is no issue. The store will ship a replacement product within 1–2 days.
